Solar Battery

What is a solar battery?

Put simply, a solar battery allows you to store electricity generated from the sun via your solar panels to use at a later date. With a battery, you could use 30% more of the electricity you generate than with solar panels alone.

Most typical solar systems would require a mid-sized battery of around 4-6 kWh. As a rough guide, a typical home suitable for solar consumes around 12kWh a day on average.

How much does a
solar battery cost?

You can add a solar battery to your existing system from £3,631 which you can spread across 36 months. We are a credit broker and not a lender.

Are solar panel batteries really worth it?

If you want to make more use of the electricity that you’ve generated a solar battery could be good for you. Storing your renewable energy means that you can ensure that all of the energy you use is clean energy and you won’t need to rely on the grid. Instead you can use your free electricity at a time that suits you, plus you could even save on your energy bills.
