What is climate change?

Climate change refers to a large-scale, long-term shift in the planet’s weather patterns and average temperatures. Burning fossil fuels generates greenhouse gas emissions that act like a blanket wrapped around the Earth, trapping the sun’s heat and raising temperatures.

As a result, of climate change the Earth is now about 1.1°C warmer than it was in the late 1800’s. The last decade was the warmest on record.

How can we help it?

By investing in renewable energy and swapping out our main source of energy to clean sources such as solar. This is the best way to reduce and eventually stop fossil fuels. Speak to our friendly team today to enquire about our solar systems.

You can also cut out the use of petrol and diesel by reducing your car use and taking another mode of transport such as a bus or a train OR you can invest in an electric vehicle. If you have solar panels installed on your home. Your EV charger will take the energy generated to charge your car.
